DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - Children enrolled at the Skip-A-Long Childhood Center will continue to get meals at no cost.

Skip-A-Long Community Services said they’re pleased to announce the renewal of their Head Start free meal program, made possible through a grant from the Iowa Department of Education.

“At a time when many children face food insecurity, this support ensures that children enrolled at our Davenport Skip-A-Long Childhood Center, whose families receive FIP and SNAP, will continue to receive nutritious meals at no cost,” Skip-A-Long Community Services leaders said in a media release.

An income eligibility chart was provided for reference.
