A Las Vegas woman made her initial court appearance Thursday in a case involving a chaotic flight to Nevada where she was zip-tied and restrained with duct tape in her seat.

Ketty J. Dilone was a passenger aboard a Sept. 16 American Airlines flight from the Dominican Republic to Las Vegas.

She allegedly walked down the aisle yelling and verbally threatening multiple flight attendants, the U.S. Attorney’s office said in a news release, based on allegations in the criminal complaint and statements made in court.

Before being restrained, Dilone allegedly kicked a flight attendant causing the flight attendant to fall. When the flight arrived at Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport, Metro police officers responded and took her into custody.

Dilone is charged with one count of interfer
