LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — University of Arkansas athletic director Hunter Yurachek is facing criticism from Razorback fans after comments he made Monday at the Little Rock Touchdown Club about the state of the school’s athletic programs.

At the meeting, Yurachek touched on everything from name, image and likeness (NIL) to the House revenue-sharing bill, as well as what he described as the “gray area” athletic directors face nationwide when making decisions.

He compared the current college sports landscape to “driving down the interstate without any police,” saying the lack of clear regulations has created uncertainty — and at times, chaos.
