EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) - New Mexico State football officially opened the doors to its brand new $15.75 million dollar athletic facility on Wednesday.

The establishment features players locker room, athletic centers, meeting rooms, an aquatic area and even a barber station.

Crews initially broke ground back in 2023 with the team moving into the facility three weeks into the 2025 season.

The building won't be just a tool that current players can utilize, but helps the program in terms of recruitment as well. NMSU's coaching staff hadn't shown its locker room in three recruitment cycles up until now.
