NORFOLK, Neb. (KCAU) — The city of Norfolk, NE, is set to receive funds to help improve communication and expand access to city services for people who do not speak English.

Norfolk was picked as one of 25 small towns in the U.S. to receive money from T-Mobile's Hometown Grants program. The program provides up to $50,000 to fund local initiatives.
