Disturbance, Hilliard Blvd.

On Aug. 25 a bailiff from the Rocky River Municipal Court reported that there were two women arguing in court and causing a disturbance.

Officers spoke with one of the women, later identified as a 53-year-old from Lyndhurst, who said she had an argument with her 78-year-old mother about her court case and she had decided to walk home.

Officers were called back a short time later when the two women were back in the court parking lot creating disturbance. The daughter was then arrested for disorderly conduct and violation of a protection order and booked into the Rocky River Jail.
