More than 120 people gathered at a Spring Grove church Thursday night to honor three police officers killed in an ambush attack earlier this week and to pray for two officers critically injured in the shooting.

The three officers who died in the attack , Isaiah Emenheiser, Mark Baker and Cody Becker, were all Northern York County Regional Police detectives with a combined 57 years of law enforcement experience.

At 7 p.m., first responders and community members assembled at Spring Grove Alliance Church, about 4 miles from where the officers were ambushed by 24-year-old Matthew Ruth in North Codorus Township on Wednesday afternoon .

A fourth detective with the Northern York County Regional Police Department and a member of the York County Sheriff’s Office were also critically injured
