Police are appealing for help from the public to locate a wanted woman from Plymouth. Demelza Heaford is wanted in connection with reports of shoplifting.

Police describe the 34-year-old as white, roughly 5ft tall, and of slim build. She has reddish-brown hair.

Heaford may be in Plymouth, but she also has links to Falmouth in Cornwall.

Police are now appealing for anyone who sees Heaford, or who knows of her whereabouts, to call 999. The public have been asked not to approach her if they see her.
