COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - Dry to moderate drought conditions are showing up in the Chattahoochee Valley. Slim rain chances remain in the forecast through early next week, but there is some hope for better rain chances mid to late next week.

More sun than clouds on this Friday. There is only a slight chance of a pop up afternoon shower or thunderstorm. Any rain will be brief. Highs mostly between 90 and 94 degrees.
