POLK COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said he and state officials will hold a press conference Friday morning to discuss a week-long investigation into human trafficking, child predators and illegal immigration.

The sheriff said 246 arrests have been made, and 46 of the suspects are in the country illegally. The operation was supported by other law enforcement agencies, including ICE and Homeland Security.

The press conference is set to begin at 10 a.m.
