Thomas del Pino, 66, passed away after a battle with 9/11-related brain cancer. A dedicated member of the FDNY, he bravely responded to the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001. After retiring from the department, he continued his commitment to service by volunteering with Tunnel to Towers and the Dingman Township Volunteer Fire Department. He is survived by his loving wife, Susan; his children, Daniel, Trisha, Brittany, and Michael; and nine grandchildren.

Viewing services will be held on Friday, Sept. 19, from 2–4 p.m. and 7–9 p.m. at Hanley Funeral Home. A funeral mass will take place on Saturday, Sept. 20, at 11 a.m. at St.
