CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - The Sullivan’s Island man that U.S. Rep. Nancy Mace accused of being a predator in a speech on the U.S. House floor is expected back in court Friday morning in unrelated cases.

Eric Bowman, 45, was expected to appear Friday morning for a bond hearing and a bond revocation hearing. He faces charges of first-degree harassment and stalking that were filed in April and a charge of first-degree criminal domestic violence that was filed last month, according to jail records.

A judge set bond at $5,000 on each of the April charges, which Sullivan’s Island Police said involved allegations that he stalked and harassed a woman by putting a location tracker on her car back in July of 2024.

Bowman was released from jail after posting a $10,000 bail for those charges.
