Bucknell's Bliss finishes 19th at World Championships

Bucknell junior Evelyn Bliss, the United States national champion in the javelin, finished 19th at the World Athletics Championships Friday morning in Tokyo.

The top 12 throwers advanced to Saturday's finals. Bliss, a BU junior, is the first Bison in program history to compete in the World Athletics Championships.
