NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The Metro Nashville Police Department announced the arrest of a man and a teenager in connection with a deadly shooting from late August.

Police said the duo is accused of the shooting death of 25-year-old Ever Domingo-Mazariegos in a parking lot of Crestridge Apartments on August 29.

Juan Acoj-Tecu, 16, is charged in Juvenile Court with criminal homicide and unlawful gun possession. Emerson Depaz-Pangan, 26, is charged with facilitation of criminal homicide and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
