UPDATE: Thorpe pleaded guilty to invasion of privacy, tampering, and stalking in June. A judge sentenced him to two years of probation. If Thorpe violates the terms of his probation he will serve 180 days in jail, according to a plea deal.

HIGGINSVILLE, Mo. (KCTV) - On Sunday, the Higginsville Police Department arrested a man accused of being intoxicated when he fell asleep while driving.
Officers were called to the intersection of Highway T at St. Mary’s Road in Higginsville just after 7 a.m. on March 9, 2025, after callers reported a driver passed out in their car.
