MARSHALL COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — An Albertville man accused of domestic violence has been arrested on a strangulation charge.

On Wednesday, Marshall County Investigators received information regarding a domestic violence incident that happened at a home located in the 100 block of Henley St. in Albertville in December 2024.

After reviewing all of the evidence and conducting interviews, an arrest warrant was obtained on Friday, September 19 in relation to the incident.

MCSO told News 19 that investigators arrested Robert James Henry, 31, of Albertville at a home located on Fossett Rd. in Guntersville.

Henry was charged with Domestic Violence- Strangulation or Suffocation and is being held in the Marshall County jail on a $30,000.00 bond.
