VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A crane truck tipped over onto the roof of the Pembroke Town Center Apartment Homes in the Aragona Village area Friday morning, according to the Virginia Beach Fire Department.

Fire crews responded just after 10:44 a.m. to the 300 block of Kellam Road near Broad Street and Jeanne Street. When they arrived, they found the crane’s boom resting on the apartment building.

No one was hurt. Officials said it’s not yet clear if any residents will be displaced.

A temporary road closure is currently in place on Kellam between Broad and Jeanne streets.
