CLEVELAND, Ohio - From an eight-figure listing in Northeast Ohio to a home that’s on a golf course designed by one of the sport’s legends, here are the nine homes with the highest listing prices in the state as of today, Friday, Sept. 19, according to realtor.com .
Homes listed as pending, contingent or to be built are not included in this list, but each home that made the list has an asking price north of $5 million.
Analysis shows an average list price of $$7,540,555. Properties have been on the market for an average of 192.6 days and average just under 13,550 square feet of living space (excluding homes with missing data).
Three of the homes listed are near Cleveland. Two are near Cincinnati. The remaining four on the list are in the Columbus area.
