GRAND FORKS – German folk festivities will be coming to the Alerus Center in Grand Forks once again as Valley Senior Living hosts its fifth annual Oktoberfest on Thursday, Sept. 25.

The event has gained popularity since its inception as Valley Senior Living and the Alerus Center pack in a night of entertainment and German cuisine in just two and a half hours, starting at 5 p.m.

“To see all the different generations come together and really enjoy this event and be involved in different games and activities that are going on is really fun,” said Sally Grosgebauer, Valley Senior Living marketing director.
