PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) - An 18-year-old has been arrested in connection with an injury shooting that happened in May, according to the Portland Police Bureau.

Police say Jomonee J. Foster, of Portland, is facing charges of second-degree attempted murder and first-degree assault. He was arrested on Thursday.
