East Nashville’s Meridian Park apartment complex has sold for $39,003,000.

The Cleveland Park-area property, which previously was home to a mobile home park, has an address of 1801 Meridian St. and covers about 3.24 acres.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, the new owner is Nashville-based OakPoint Real Estate.

The seller was an LLC affiliated with Chicago-based Pearlmark Real Estate Partners. That entity paid $4.65 million for the property in early 2020 and developed the site with Meridian Park Apartments.

The seller in the 2020 deal was Nashville-based developer John Rochford, who paid $2.75 million for the property in January 2018, according to Metro records.
