The Electric Power Board (EPB) has appointed its next president and CEO.

Janet Rehberg is taking over for current CEO David Wade, who announced he will retire by the fall of 2026.

EPB Quantum partners with IonQ, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and NVIDIA for power grid improvement

Their latest project aims to identify algorithms, methodologies and best practices for enhancing power distribution across the United States.

The CEO-elect is currently the President of Strategic Initiatives, EPB says. They're looking for candidates that can fill her role.

Before joining the power board, she served as Chief Strategy Officer & Vice President of Engineering at the Tri-County Electric Cooperative in Aledo, Texas.
