MONROE COUNTY, Pa. — All eyes are on the fields of goldenrod here at the Hauser Nature Preserve in Tunkhannock Township, looking for monarch butterflies passing through the Poconos.
"So all of the monarchs that we are seeing right now are the fourth generation of monarch born in September, October," Said Flagship Preserve Manager Emily Tramontano.
"It just wows you, nature is amazing, and you know that it is, but it verifies how amazing it is. There is so much variety here and we are just a small part of it," said Mary McGlone of Long Pond.
