Stuart Armstrong feared that after six failed trials that he would never get the chance to fulfil his dream of pulling on an Aberdeen jersey.
That hope finally became a reality when Armstrong came off the bench to make his Dons debut against Livingston last Saturday.
This weekend he hopes to go one better by seeing off Motherwell and booking Aberdeen's place at Hampden in the semi-finals of the Premier Sports Cup .
