But now the medical examiner is taking another look at his case.

Children were playing outside in September 1991 behind houses on East 81st Street in Garfield Heights when they stumbled on something no child should see.
They found partial skeletal remains of a young man’s body in the woods.
Police and the coroner at the time tried to identify him, asking for help from the public in a local newspaper article.
But time passed and the case went cold.
