LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Little Rock city leaders are implementing the city’s first Downtown Master Plan.

On Friday morning, some of the plans were discussed at a press conference with Mayor Frank Scott Jr. and Lealan Couch, director of Parks and Recreation.

"We'll have art walks, abilities to connect with cafes down their trail systems that are going to connect [and] a dog park that we don't have in downtown Little Rock," Couch said.

Officials said the planned 30 Crossing Park will bring more entertainment to downtown Little Rock with play areas, eateries, and places to shop. The park is the location of the city’s Downtown Food Truck Festival on Sunday.
