A new workplace review involving dozens of Cincinnati firefighters and members of the fire department's staff has unveiled what could be construed as a culture of dissatisfaction.

Last fall, 182 out of 913 Cincinnati Fire Department employees, or 20 percent, participated in an anonymous survey. On Friday, Chief Frank McKinley and City Manager Sheryl Long discussed the results. Advertisement

He emphasized the importance of transparency and openly discussing the results of the culture assessment, acknowledging the need for improvement.
