JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – There are 80,944 members of the United States military still unaccounted for from World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Cold War, the Gulf Wars and other modern conflicts. More than 5,300 came from Pennsylvania.
Their sacrifices and the loved ones they left behind were remembered across the country, including in Johnstown, during National POW/MIA Recognition Day events Friday. ×
