A man has died from “multiple blunt impact injuries” after becoming unresponsive during a ride at Universal Orlando’s new Epic Universe theme park in Florida, a medical examiner said Thursday.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office identified the man as 32-year-old Kevin Rodriguez Zavala, the Orlando Sentinel reports. His manner of death was ruled as an accident, the Orange-Osceola Medical Examiner’s Office said in a news release.

The incident occurred while Zavala was riding the Stardust Racers twin rollercoaster on Wednesday night, Universal said in a statement. The ride was closed after the incident.

“Universal is cooperating with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office following a tragic event involving a guest at Epic Universe on Wednesday night,” Universal said in its statement released
