PONCA, NEB. (KTIV) - It’s a chance to check out all the fun you can have in the great outdoors. The Missouri River Outdoor Expo is taking place, starting on Saturday, Sept. 20, in Ponca State Park.

That two-day event kicks off at 9 a.m. and will continue through Sunday at 5:30 p.m.

Across both days, people will get a chance to fish, shoot, kayak, participate in archery, and much more. People can also expect to check out a variety of vendors and teachers in Ponca State Park.

The hours are 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. The event is hosted by the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission.

Ponca State Park is located about 25 miles west of Sioux City near Ponca, Nebraska.
