The Lakeshore Lancers picked up their first win of the season with a 29-7 victory over Kalamazoo Central, as quarterback Kaden Griffiths guided the offense with poise and efficiency. Lakeshore’s physical ground game set the tone early, while the defense limited the Maroon Giants’ chances and kept them from building momentum. After struggling through the first three weeks, the Lancers put together a sharper, more balanced effort on both sides of the ball, a timely confidence boost as they now turn their attention to next week’s annual “War by the Shore” rivalry game against St. Joseph at Dickinson Stadium.
