Entering the park usually comes with a small fee
The festive season is fast approaching, and with it comes a host of ice rinks, Santa meet-and-greets, and pantomimes. While these events are mostly fun-filled, creating magical memories can unfortunately come with a significant cost.
However, Hyde Park's Winter Wonderland is embracing the Christmas spirit by offering free entry. The capital's largest winter event usually costs between £5 - £7.50, but there's a simple trick to gain entry without spending a penny - arrive early in the day.
Starting on 14 November, the annual celebration will bring Zippos Circus, thrilling rides, a sightseeing wheel, food and market stalls, and open-air ice skating to Central London for six full weeks. It's open from 10am to 10pm nearly every day
