Former Manchester United star Anthony Martial has been unveiled by his sixth club this week after a brief spell in Greece.

The 29-year-old has joined Mexican side Monterrey on a two-year deal following his exit from AEK Athens earlier this summer. However, the move was not entirely straightforward, with Monterrey's rivals Pumas claiming they had reached an agreement in principle with the forward.

Pumas officials claimed that Martial was preparing to travel to Mexico to finalise the transfer after reaching an agreement with the club. They further allege that Martial and his representatives cut off communication before they found out he had chosen to sign with their rivals, Monterrey.
