A house in Hamilton that sold for $320,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Trenton area in the past week.

During the past week, a total of five residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $259,800. The average price per square foot was $191.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sept. 8 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
