A condo that sold for $425,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Hackensack between Sep. 1 and Sept. 14.

The area saw a total of seven residential real estate sales during the past two weeks, averaging $346,127, or $260 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of September 1 to the week of Sept. 14 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

7. $240K, single-family home at 4 Summit Court

The sale of the single-family house at 4 Summit Court in Hackensack has been finalized. The price was $239,500. It was built in 2000 and has a living area of 1,950 square feet. The price per square foot was $123. The deal was finalized on July 25.
