Rapper Megan Thee Stallion wants to force a New Jersey podcaster to testify in her ongoing legal battle against a Texas YouTuber whom she claims is working with the man who once infamously shot her in the foot.

The Grammy winner, whose real name is Megan Pete, sued YouTuber Milagro Gramz in 2024, accusing Gramz of “a years-long campaign to smear and intimidate” her on behalf of Canadian rapper Daystar Peterson.

Peterson, better known as Tory Lanez, is serving 10 years in a California prison for shooting Megan in Los Angeles back in 2020. 3
