The Redblacks allowed speedster Trey Vaval a Canadian Football League-record 199 yards on missed field-goal attempts — yes, missed field-goal attempts — in falling 26-18 to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in front of 20,033 fans Saturday afternoon at TD Place.
With just four games left, that loss left the last-place Redblacks (4-10) three wins behind the Bombers and B.C. Lions, the latter of which is currently aligned to cross over and take on the Montreal Alouettes in the Eastern Division semifinal.
Even by miraculously defeatin
