A man was fatally stabbed in the shoulder on an upper Manhattan streetcorner early Sunday, police said.

The victim was stabbed five times outside Karamelo Bar & Kitchen on Nagle Ave. near Thayer St. in Inwood about 4:25 a.m., cops said. Police are looking for four men, dressed in black, who fled the scene.

Cops found the victim after a 911 call from the bar, police said, though it was not immediately clear if the killing is connected to the night spot.

Medics took the victim to Harlem Hospital but he could not be saved. Cops are working to determine his identity.

The killing marks the second homicide in the 34th Precinct so far this year. The precinct saw 6 killings in all of 2024, according to NYPD statistics.
