YES Theatre is inviting aspiring young performers to audition for its 2026 Young Company production of High School Musical, offering students a chance to take part in a full-scale theatrical experience.

The Young Company program immerses participants in the creative process of staging a major production, culminating in performances for both school audiences and the general public. Students will develop skills in acting, voice, and movement, while also contributing to the design and creation of props, sets, and costumes.

Beyond performance training, the program supports students’ emotional, intellectual, and social development, helping to build self-confidence and problem-solving abilities.

Auditions are open to students in Grade 7 and up, with approximately 20 spots available. Entrance
