A man was shot and killed early Sunday morning on Cedar Springs Road in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas.

The victim was identified as 48-year-old Thomas Sebastinelli.

Dallas Police arrested 32-year-old Earnest Polk and charged him with murder in connection with the shooting.

They learned 48-year-old Thomas Sebastinelli was shot and died at the location.
