9-6A Volleyball: Wylie tops Sachse to take over sole possession of first place

Sachse and Wylie have taken care of their respective business during the first half of the 9-6A season, but finally got a chance to square off head-to-head on Friday.

In the first of two meetings, it was the Pirates who earned the front-runner status for the remainder of the district race with a 25-8, 25-9, 25-5 sweep of the Mustangs at Wylie High School.
