ARMSTRONG Creek’s newest community hub is quickly taking shape, with fabrication nearly complete on the three-room kindergarten, community spaces and allied health suites.

The new Bloinks Community Hub – the hub’s interim name – is an innovative, modular design being built at Modularity’s Moolap factory.

The design consists of several modules which are constructed individually. The modules will be assembled and connected to utilities at its Warralily Boulevard home this month.

A state government grant will allow for the facility to open from next year, three years ahead of the originally planned opening in 2029.
