A young mum whose scalp and ear were ripped off in a horrific accident at a Midlands factory has been awarded a seven-figure payout - but heartbreakingly says she doesn't recognise herself anymore.

Anna Rachfal, 29, suffered life-changing injuries after her pontytail was pulled into a rotating drill she was operating at the PandD Engineering Ltd factory in Coventry .

She has already undergone 14 different surgeries after the horror accident, which saw her pass out after it took just seconds for the force of the drill to tear her scalp and right ear from her head.
