The Piraeus side defeated Crvena Zvezda 86–83 in the final, led by Evan Fournier with 17 points and Sasa Vezenkov with 16.

On the other side, Jasiel Rivero scored 16, Jordan Nwora 15, and Tyson Carter 14 points for Crvena Zvezda , but Carter missed a crucial three-pointer that could have sent the game into overtime.

Fenerbahce claimed third place by beating Olimpia Milano 73–60, with Arturs Zagars and Devon Hall scoring 13 points each. Zach LeDay contributed 14 and Lorenzo Brown 12 for Milano .
