“You feel like the world stops, but it doesn’t.”

That’s how Katt Buchanan-Critch described the feeling in 2023 after hearing that her six-month-old son, Dominic, had a cancerous neuroblastoma tumour.

Buchanan-Critch and Dominic moved to London for six months of treatment that included countless scans and tests, nine rounds of chemotherapy and a port implantation.

Dominic will be two years cancer-free this December.

Buchanan-Critch said she is now giving back to the organization that helped things slow down for her and her family after the whirlwind of Dominic’s diagnosis.
