Griggs-Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors is offering the Amarillo community an opportunity to sign and share messages of comfort to the family of Charlie Kirk, who was killed Sept. 10 in a shooting while speaking to a Utah university audience.

Messages will be sent directly to the Kirk family and Turning Point USA.

On Sunday, Sept. 21, from noon to 5 p.m., those who wished to could sign and share messages to the family of Kirk at Griggs-Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors.

Those wishing to have their church or another large group sign a message before Sept. 26 can email Johnny.Betancourt@DignityMemorial.com. If requested, Betancourt will take the memorial book to an event, so those wanting to can sign in person.
