WALLA WALLA COUNTY, Wash.- The Washington State Patrol were dispatched to a hit-and-run collision involving two vehicles near Burbank city limits early this morning, leaving two injured.

According to a press memo, the two vehicles were eastbound State Route 124 near Milepost 2, when vehicle one attempted to make a left turn and was struck from behind by vehicle two.

The driver of vehicle two fled from the scene.

The injured driver and passenger of vehicle one has been identified as a 52-year-old-man, and a 44-year-old woman.

Both were transported to Lourdes Medical Center.
