AUSTIN (KXAN) — A day after he threw for 309 yards and three touchdowns to lead Texas to a 55-0 win over Sam Houston State, Longhorns quarterback Arch Manning made more meaningful passes at Dell Children's Medical Center in Austin.

Manning, along with the Children's Miracle Network and Raising Cane's, helped hand out 150 Apple iPads and other goodies to cancer patients and their families at the hospital's Blood and Cancer Center. Manning said it was a heartwarming experience and something he'll continue to do for as long as possible.

"These kids are the real heroes," Manning said. "Seeing the kids and their families smile after all they're going through is really cool. I'm here to help these kids any way I can, and it was a blessing to come out here." • Texas quarterback Arch Manning h
