The California Highway Patrol has canceled a Silver Alert in the case of a 77-year-old woman who went missing Sunday in Long Beach.

Margarita Espino was previously last seen about 9:30 a.m. Sunday at Pepperwood Avenue and East Arbor Road in the Lakewood Village area of East Long Beach.

Details of how and where she were found were not provided.

The CHP activates a Silver Alert when an elderly or developmentally or cognitively impaired person is missing and determined to be at-risk to aid in their swift recovery.
