WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) – Alyssa Castilleja came to Scouting America, and being around scouting, a little later than most.
“As someone who didn't grow up in the Boy Scouts or the scout program myself, it's neat to be part of an organization where we're helping the youth develop and create some lifelong skills they can use for the rest of their life,” said Castilleja, 24, a Ulysses native and Emporia State grad who works in fundraising for the scouts.
